17-11-2009 特别的日子~~~~老爷子的生日，宝贝儿子今天早上（NZ 应该中午）上飞机前来电飞去香港游玩。。。。。。听到他的声音感觉好好~~
昨天在老鼠猪去Jusco，她约了2个同学一起看戏--2012，我就自己去Supermarket买点咚咚，顺便去GNC看看，最后还是买了Glucosamine Chandroitin （葡萄糖胺+ 软骨素），近年来，膝盖有时坐久了起身时会疼，一定要补回些软骨素，不然的话老了严重起来走不动，很贵没办法咯，还好这个月是我的生日月，所以有35%折扣，还要243.50大银，唉，这个礼拜的粮银又mou了~~

gnc products bery expensive. i bought one time only, beh tahan loh. my friend recomemded me another brand. much more cheaper than GNC. her hubby already tried and the reuslt is good. it also USA products. - 2bfit (made in USA) Glucosamine 1000mg only cost S$ 39.00. mama also taking the same brand but glucosamine chondroitin & MSM (With pain killer) type and more expensive.Both of us taking about i year plus already but heard form yin mei saying that the finger joint will swallent if long term taking too much of glocosamine. dun know how true. Sometime i looking at my mid finger. the joint bone is bigger that others and pain somemore liao. mama got high blood pressure and cataract after send her for check up cos her right eye vision is poor. next appointment is 12/12 for highper tension check up again. Think doctor will advice her to take madicine for blood pressure control if pressure still high. Another appointment for eye check up is 13/01/2010 9.45am to Tan Tock Seng hospital to check her cataract, surgeory is at later date. This time die lah, got to bring the old mama in - out hospital again .
