hey, mum hypertention is getting higher. got scolded by doctor. asked her not to take too salty food, must eat healthly. Doctor already gave her blood pressure tablet must take every morning. The old mama would listen and take doctor advice. still take "white soya sauce" her blood pressure now is 161 consider quite high(normal is 120), might get stroke if up to 180. she can't take eye surgery if blood pressure still under control. Must bring her back for check up again for the next 2 saturday 19/12 & 26/12- blood presure ,choleterol and diabites sugar test.
